Gordon Matlock - Weekend Announcer
Gordon Matlock got his first experience in radio at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM, where he had a double major of Radio-TV Communications and Theatre.
Before graduating, he was already working full-time at Top 40 station KZZO-FM in Clovis, NM. There, he became the only music director in the United States working the overnight shift. He then moved up to Denver and worked part-time at KHOW-AM/KSYY-FM for six months before a huge conglomerate bought out the station and changed staff. After that, he worked a series of odd jobs before finding his way back to the radio path here at 1590 KLIV.
