1 bunch fresh broccoli
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 clove minced garlic
1 head fresh cauliflower
½ tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 Tbs. parmesan cheese
- can use frozen cauliflower and broccoli
Remove leaves from broccoli. Remove flowerets on both. Boil broccoli and cauliflower. Salt your water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain. Grease 2 quart casserole. Put layers of broccoli and layers of cauliflower. Add salt, pepper, cheese, and garlic. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and sprinkle olive oil on top. Cover. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
